These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Urban Society Interiors website and the purchase of interior design services offered through urbansocietyinteriors.com.
By purchasing a service through our website or otherwise engaging Urban Society Interiors for interior design services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Urban Society Interiors

In these Terms & Conditions, “Urban Society Interiors”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Flow Ventures Sagl in connection with the Urban Society Interiors brand.
2. Our Services
Urban Society Interiors provides interior design services, including Virtual Interior Design, interior design consultations and full-service interior design.
The specific scope of each service is described on the relevant service or package page at the time of purchase.
Services may include, depending on the package selected:
Design concepts and moodboards
Colour palettes
Spatial planning and furniture layouts
Furniture, lighting and decor recommendations
Material and finish recommendations
Product sourcing
3D visualisations
Shopping lists and product links
Other design documentation specified in the relevant package
The exact deliverables included in a particular service are those stated on the relevant package page at the time of purchase.
3. Virtual Interior Design
Virtual Interior Design is provided remotely and does not normally include an in-person visit to the client's property.
To develop the design, we may require the client to provide information such as:
Accurate room measurements
Floor plans, where available
Photographs and/or videos of the space
Information about existing furniture
Design preferences and inspiration
Information about lifestyle and intended use of the space
Budget information
Other information reasonably required for the project
The quality and accuracy of the final design depend in part on the information provided by the client.
The client is responsible for ensuring that measurements, dimensions and other information supplied to us are accurate and complete.
Where measurements or other information are incorrect or incomplete, Urban Society Interiors cannot be responsible for resulting inaccuracies in the design.
4. Purchasing a Service
The client may purchase an available Virtual Interior Design package directly through the website.
Before completing a purchase, the client will be shown the relevant service description and price.
The client is responsible for reviewing the information provided before placing an order and ensuring that the selected package is appropriate for their project.
The contract is formed when the client's order is accepted and confirmed by Urban Society Interiors.
An electronic confirmation of the order will be sent to the email address provided by the client.
5. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed on the relevant service or package page.
Unless otherwise stated, the price shown applies to the scope of the package described on that page.
Payment may be made through the payment methods made available on the website, including online payment through Squarespace Commerce or bank transfer.
For bank transfers, the client is responsible for making payment according to the instructions provided.
Design work will normally begin once the required payment has been received and the information required to begin the project has been provided.
Any additional work or services outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately and will require the client's approval before being undertaken.
6. Project Start & Client Responsibilities
The project will begin once:
payment has been received in full;
the client has provided all required project information and materials; and
the initial design brief has been confirmed.
Once the project has started, the service is considered to be in progress and the cancellation and refund terms in Section 13 will apply.
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including room measurements, photographs, floor plans and other requested materials.
Delays in providing information, feedback or approvals may result in a corresponding extension of the project timeline.
7. Design Process & Revisions
Each Virtual Interior Design package includes a defined number of revision rounds:
Signature Room Design — up to 20 m²
Includes one round of revisions.
Signature Space Design — 20–40 m²
Includes two rounds of revisions.
A revision round allows the client to request reasonable adjustments to the proposed design based on the approved concept. This may include changes such as:
Furniture layout adjustments
Changes to the colour palette
Adjustments to furniture or decor selections
Minor changes to materials, finishes or styling
The initial moodboard and overall design direction will be presented for client approval before the detailed design is developed. Once the concept and design direction have been approved, requests to substantially change the overall concept or start again with a new design direction are not considered revisions and may require an additional fee.
Additional revision rounds or substantial changes to the approved brief may be quoted separately.
A revision round should be submitted as one consolidated set of feedback, rather than multiple separate requests throughout the process.
8. Project Timelines
Estimated project timelines will be communicated as part of the relevant service or package.
Timelines depend on the scope of the project and on the timely provision of information and feedback by the client.
If a client delays providing required information or feedback, the project timeline may be extended accordingly.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the agreed services within the communicated timeframe but cannot guarantee a specific completion date where the timing depends on information or decisions from the client or third parties.
9. Furniture & Product Recommendations
Where product sourcing is included, Urban Society Interiors may provide recommendations and links to furniture, lighting, decor, materials and other products.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, Urban Society Interiors does not sell or supply these products directly.
Product availability, pricing, delivery times, warranties, returns and other purchasing conditions are determined by the relevant third-party retailer or supplier.
Prices and availability may change after a design has been prepared.
The client is responsible for completing purchases and checking the relevant retailer's product information before ordering.
Urban Society Interiors is not responsible for delays, defects, discontinued products, price changes, incorrect deliveries or other issues caused by third-party suppliers.
10. 3D Visualisations & Design Materials
3D visualisations, moodboards, drawings and other design materials are provided to communicate the proposed design concept.
Visualisations are intended as representations of the design and may not exactly reproduce final colours, textures, lighting conditions, dimensions or the appearance of physical materials.
Where construction or installation is involved, dimensions and technical requirements should be verified by the relevant qualified professional before work begins.
Urban Society Interiors does not provide architectural, structural, engineering, electrical, plumbing or other regulated professional services unless expressly stated otherwise.
11. Intellectual Property
All original design concepts, drawings, visualisations, moodboards, layouts, written materials and other creative work produced by Urban Society Interiors remain the intellectual property of Flow Ventures Sagl unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client receives a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the final design materials for the purpose of implementing the design in their own property.
Design materials may not be resold, reproduced for commercial purposes, distributed, modified for use in another project, or used to create designs for third parties without our prior written permission.
Third-party images, products, trademarks and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Portfolio & Marketing Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Urban Society Interiors may use completed design work, photographs and visualisations of a project for portfolio, website, social media, editorial and marketing purposes.
We will not publicly share personal information about a client beyond what is reasonably necessary for presenting the project.
If you would prefer your project not to be used for portfolio or marketing purposes, please let us know in writing.

13. Cancellation & Refunds
The client may request cancellation of their service before the project has started. Where cancellation is accepted before the project begins, the payment will be refunded in full.
Your project officially begins once payment has been received and all required project information has been submitted and reviewed by Urban Society Interiors.
Once the project has started, payments are non-refundable, as work will already have been undertaken and time and resources committed to the project.
If a client wishes to cancel after the project has started, any work completed up to the date of cancellation remains payable and no refund will be provided for the service already purchased, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.

14. No Guarantee of a Particular Outcome
Interior design is a creative service, and Urban Society Interiors does not guarantee that a particular design outcome, aesthetic result, product availability or budget outcome will be achieved.
Recommendations are made based on the information available at the time of the project.
The client remains responsible for final purchasing decisions and for determining whether a proposed product, material or solution is appropriate for their property.
15. Third-Party Services & Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, retailers, suppliers or service providers.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, products, services or terms of third-party websites.
Where product links are provided as part of a design service, the client's purchase is made directly with the relevant third-party retailer unless otherwise stated.
16. Limitation of Liability
Urban Society Interiors will provide its services with reasonable care and skill.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Urban Society Interiors is not responsible for losses arising from:
Incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client
Incorrect measurements supplied by the client
Changes in product availability or pricing
Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers
Delays caused by third parties
The client's implementation or modification of the design
Construction, installation or technical work carried out by third parties
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
17. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law, subject to any mandatory provisions of law that may apply to consumers in their country of residence.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Switzerland, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
18. Changes to These Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, website or applicable legal requirements.
The version applicable to a purchase will be the version in effect at the time the order is placed, unless otherwise required by law.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
